Go to Alpha & Omega Fellowship Church 'Connect' App and login to your account. For those who do not have the Connect App, you may download from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Search for 'Church Connect' App and look for the Cross icon on a blue background as seen in the picture.

Next, Click on the 'Give' button seen on the bottom of the page as seen in the image above. This tab is only visible when logged in.

Next, click on the 'Family Statement' button seen on the top of the same page. Once you click, you will see a popup like the picture below.

Next, there are 2 steps. First, as shown in A, choose the date range of the year you would like to see the giving history. For example, for the Tax statement of 2025, please choose the start date of 01/01/2025 and the end date of 12/31/2025. Finally, as shown in B, click on the 'Get Family Statement' button on the top as shown in the image above. This will open a Tax Statement (PDF format) for the year selected. You will be able to print this report or share as needed. Please contact us for any questions you may have.
